True Story

13 year old girl gets caught giving a Lewinsky to a classmate on the school bus. 13 year old girl gets expelled by the school for said behavior. 13 year girl's mother reads the school's handbook on student conduct. 13 year old girl's mother notices there isn't a rule prohibiting said Lewinsky on a school bus. 13 year old girl's mother takes the school to court. Judge throws out mother's lawsuit, upholding the school's disciplinary action.

Couple of points to make. First off, is it any wonder that this 13 year old gave her classmate oral-sex on a school bus (I'm making the assumption said Lewinsky was voluntary), when her mother actually had to look in the school handbook to see if such behavior was permissible on a school bus in the first place? Second, common sense alone should tell this "mother" that such behavior is not allowed anywhere in public, let alone a public school bus. Third, just how did this 13 year old learn how to give said Lewinsky in the first place? Was she able to watch dear old mom perform this act? Was she able to watch porn to learn the technique? Legitmate questions when you think about it. And last, just where did this all take place...
